Hanna Hall (She/Her)

has worked professionally in the film industry for over 20 years. She won the Young Actors Award for her performance in Forrest Gump at the age of nine and was nominated again for her role as Cecilia in Sofia Coppola's Virgin Suicides. She won Best Actress in the Beverly Hills Film Festival for her role in the indie film Happiness Runs. She has also performed in many intimate scenes, including her role in Rob Zombie's Halloween, and as a Guest Star in Masters of Sex. She is a graduate of Vancouver Film School where she studied production. Hanna's background as both a performer and working behind the camera in production gives her a unique perspective for understanding the needs of all parties involved. She believes that promoting a safe environment is what allows for the highest level of creativity possible.

My Process from prep to shoot:

Pre Production:

• Breakdown the scenes with intimacy and/or nudity.

• Meet with Director/Showrunner and producers to fully understand the creative vision.

• Speak with the performers about what the scenes will entail, and ensure fully informed consent.

• Once everyone has agreed to the work, I will create the language for the Nudity Rider, and liaise with production, and any other departments as necessary.

On Set:

• I make sure the actors have the modesty garments and barriers that they need, and that they know how to use them properly.

• I ensure that all closed-set protocols are being followed per SAG-AFRA.

• I can watch a monitor to make sure the director and performers get any support they need. I also make sure the simulated sex looks realistic.

• Take care of background performers while shooting any nudity or intimacy.

• When requested I can assist with any choreography and masking needs.
